RLC Executive Director Bobby Green presented Arcadia City Administrator Terry Stewart with the International City Management Association (ICMA) 50-Year Service Award.   The award was announced in October at the ICMA Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio and presented at the December Membership Dinner in Haines City.  Stewart’s stellar career has seen him serve five other Florida cities: Delray Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Pembroke Pines, and Lauderdale Lakes.  He has served as Arcadia City Administrator since 2015.  Congratulations Terry!
