The Florida League of Cities has launched FLCityJobs, a new job portal to help cities attract top talent and overcome recruitment challenges. This platform allows city staff statewide to post and manage job listings independently, with features like an automated import system to save time and track applicant sources for optimized recruitment. Job seekers can filter opportunities by job type, location, salary, and keywords.

At the September 2024 Ridge League of Cities Membership Dinner hosted by Zolfo Springs, FLC President Michael Blake emphasized the importance of hiring top talent for municipal roles, noting that FLCityJobs supports this mission.

Ridge League Cities can start posting job openings at FLCityJobs.
