Membership in the Ridge League of Cities is a great benefit to Dade City, as it gives us the forum to jointly address concerns unique to municipalities in our mid-Florida region. The networking opportunities with other elected officials and associate members are priceless. I have always been interested to find that some of my city's challenges have also been experienced by other member cities and it has been beneficial to learn how resolution was reached in those situations. This is particularly helpful since we share many of the same characteristics of population, socio-economics, infrastructure needs, and redevelopment/new development interests, among other things. - Scott Black, Mayor - Dade City

Any business interested in building and fostering relationships with local city governments should consider being an active participant in the Ridge League of Cities. Joining as an associate member has given my company great exposure to local municipal leaders and allows me to keep on top of the issues that are impacting all communities. Understanding the issues is the first step in helping to find the right solutions. It is a good partnership and worth the investment.
